new shrubbery

we went to stern grove this weekend to see the dakah hip hop orchestra and not only was the group rocking, but sg had (and still has) a huge capital campaign to refurbish the grove. stone walls, better seating areas, and and revamped greenery really helped! we sat up on the hill and could see lots of improvements (the weather was not one of them). we also saw an older gentleman in his 60's sitting in the senior citizen section, waving his hands and hopping up an down, and we also saw up two girls' skirts. now, this was definitely not intentional. really. but when you go to stern grove, you normally expect lots of walking up and down big hills and sitting. so why wear skirts that, when you're standing, barely pass your underwear? and not only did i get a hairy view, but so did a shocked 6 year old boy near me who practically fell down the steep hill with elation.
