timpurr!

one of the givens of being home sick is that i get to play with alphie. i gave him a banana toy filled with organic catnip for the holidays (didn't want him to feel left out!), and we've been tossing it around, and he chases it and kicks it and licks it... my favorite game this morning, though, has been "when will alphie fall off the bookcase" game. he's lying in the sun, but trying to curl up in a ball, and he doesn't quite fit...
