with my feet planted firmly on the floor

a few weeks ago we went to trader joe's and were faced with imminent death, at least for me. i'm highly allergic to basil, and while it smells great, eating more than a tiny bit makes me so sick that i roll around and retch on the bathroom floor for hours at a time. seeing this table, i tiptoed around the intensely fragrant display of fresh basil and ran for the hills... or more exactly, the bread aisle. go carbs!
